Recommended Process

  1. Blend the Glipizide with approximately 20% of the SuperTab® 11SD and pass the premix through a 500μm screen.
  2. Blend with the remaining SuperTab® 11SD and the Primojel®.
  3. Add the magnesium stearate and blend for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Compress using 7mm round normal concave tooling using a compaction force of 6kN.
