Recommended Process

  1. Blend the Propranolol HCl with approximately 20% of the SuperTab® 21AN and all of the Aerosil 200 and pass the premix through a 500μm screen.
  2. Blend with the remaining SuperTab® 21AN and the Primellose®.
  3. Add the magnesium stearate and blend for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Compress using 8mm round normal concave tooling.
