Customer Satisfaction Survey - High score on product consistency
We are pleased to inform you on the results of our customer satisfaction survey.
DMV-Fonterra Excipients conducted a customer satisfaction survey over the last months as at DMV-Fonterra Excipients we are dedicated to continuously improve our products and services to our customers.
The average satisfaction of DMV-Fonterra Excipients customers resulted in an 8.2 score (on a scale from 1-10). In comparison to an industry benchmark of 7.7 this result reflects that most customers are very satisfied. DMV-Fonterra Excipients is recognized as a reliable, trustworthy, quality supplier. Although satisfaction was measured on many aspects, DMV-Fonterra Excipients customers were most satisfied about the product consistency (batch-to-batch reliability) of our products. Product consistency was also seen as the most important aspect. The satisfaction with DMV-Fonterra Excipients Quality System and with the completeness of product -and company documentation scored also very high.
